A little @Amazon Consumer alert - I had to demand speaking to a manager to get this appropriately resolved.
Amazon is selling seven year old batteries as new. Not acceptable in my book.
Only after advising i was recording the call in accordance with California wiretapping laws did I get my satisfaction.
Prior to recording the call they offered to refund in full minus $7.99 shipping UPS Pickup, or a $5.00 Courtesy credit on my account. Neither is acceptable when buying six or seven year old batteries as new.
