We are proud to present our Major Project titled "Smart Aid Vision Control System", developed by Batch MAI007 from Vetech University.
🔧 Project Highlights:
Real-time object detection using YOLOv8
High-definition environmental camera for visual input
Ultrasonic sensors (450 cm range) for obstacle detection
Moisture sensor to identify slippery or wet surfaces
GPS module for accurate outdoor navigation
Bluetooth (HC-05) communication with an Arduino Uno
Haptic (vibration motor) and acoustic (buzzer) feedback for user alerts
This system combines intelligent sensing with reliable communication and user-friendly feedback to offer a cost-effective, robust, and real-world solution for safe and independent navigation.
🔬 Future Improvements:
We aim to integrate edge AI for faster, on-device processing and further refine GPS accuracy to improve outdoor usability.
