The Legal team representing Hon Micheal Kabaziguluka has asked the Supreme Court justices to uphold the decision made by constitutional court, stopping the Court Martial from trying civilians since they’re not subject military law.
According the petition’s legal team, if justices decline to uphold the decision, this infringes on the civilians’ rights to a fair hearing as stipulated in the constitution.
After listening to both submissions court has indicated to both parties to deliver its judgment on notice in this matter.
