Please note: I made a mistake that I only realized after recording. The statement "Nisha's age would be..." is wrong, it should be "Nisha's age after..."
Because in that particular step, we are not calculating Nisha's age. We are calculating after how many years.
Also, that statement isn't required at all. It's just to show how we were able to calculate the time jump.
Sincere apologies for the mistake. I would be more careful in future.
