His Excellency Dr Nangolo Mbumba, the Vice President of the Republic of Namibia,
delivered his keynote address at the National Youth Service 12th Intake Pass-out parade which took place on 30 July 2021 at the Rietfontein Training Centre. This occasion marked the successful completion of National Service (Civic) Training for three hundred and fifty one (351) youth recruited from each constituency in the country. The Pass-out parade demonstrated the recruits' commitment and hard work towards completing this gruelling yet life-changing programme.
