Bringing education to nomadic children is not an easy mission. Quality education is the basic foundation for the students to face the challenges ahead and is also important for human development.
The Puga Residential school has began to
function in 2007 with the aim of providing education to nomadic children. The school is an abode for hundred a twenty students presently providing food, clothes, boarding for free of cost for students who are between four and sixteen old. It provides a warm and safe environment for the children to take steps forward. Presently this school is one among the high enrolled schools as well as best convenience to the nomadic children.
I would like to extend my gratitude to all the teachers, non-teaching staffs and students of this school for their kind cooperation. I would also thank Rigzin Nubu, for his biggest support.
