Clarisse is a pretty good option for this solo since her debuff resistance down debuffs removes the need for transcendence Esser debuffs. She is also great for 3.3M plain and dpt checks in phase 2. A minor issue is it takes a while to ramp her Katanoisi stack level to 5 due to not having enough dispel skills early on. You can ramp faster by using dispel off cooldown but I just like using skills on turns that are a multiple of 6 to reduce thinking time.
The only important omen pre 51% is 10 debuffs, others are optional. You can clear 20M skill if it is on turn 12+ to make things easier since you will take less damage on phase 2.
