"Mindful Moments" are a series of guided mindfulness exercises designed for you to do with your classroom, in person or on zoom. These breathing and meditation practices are led by our Chief Implementation Officer, Dr. Asheena Baez.
Box Breathing is a wonderful breathing resource to use with yourself and with larger groups. This consistent breath cycle calms your nervous system as you maintain control of your breath, which stimulates the calming of your mind.
The Contentment Foundation offers scientifically-evidenced wellbeing curricula to schools internationally. Our core curriculum, "The Four Pillars of Wellbeing," includes mindfulness, community, self-curiosity and contentment & balance.
