Update Info - TH18, Legend League Rework and More!

Описание: New Information was provided by the Clash of Clans community Managers in an AMA with creators within the Supercell Creator Program. Many questions were regarding the creator program itself but game related questions we were allowed to share. This did provide some information on Town Hall 18, the meta and game balance as well as a huge announcement coming next week for the Legend League Rework.
