Ontario Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 Distinguished Citizens
On Friday, January 16, 2026, the Ontario Area Chamber of Commerce honored Dr. Dana Young, PhD as the 2025 Woman of the Year during the Distinguished Citizens Banquet held at the Four Rivers Cultural Center.
Dr. Young was introduced by her long-time friend Holly Kerfoot, and sponsored by Stephan Crow, a moment filled with appreciation, warmth, and applause from everyone gathered.
Dr. Young has been a leader in our region for many years, deeply invested in serving students, families, and community partners. As a respected educator, administrator, and advocate, she has brought vision, compassion, and meaningful impact to our community through her work. 
We are so proud to share these moments from this heartfelt part of the evening. Congratulations, Dr. Dana Young, PhD, on this much-deserved recognition!
