In this video I assemble the differential/rear axle to the housing with all the washers and bearings.
I use the DIY shim tool to adjust the driveshaft gear to not be too tight against the differential gears.
Using the shim tool.
You put a piece of paper through the gears, by using the opening and turn the driveshaft.
If the paper gets cut by the gears it's too tight and you need to add more shims.
When the paper passes without cuts it's good.
