The National Prosecuting Authority says the Lolly Jackson murder case has been struck from the court roll. This follows the death of their main suspect, George Louca. Suffering from stage four lung cancer, Louca died last night...The Cyprus-born murder accused had applied to be released, to go back home, to be with his family in the event of his passing. His application was denied. His lawyer, Owen Blumberg, says he believes that the state had a strategy in place for Louca's prosecution, wanting him to die in prison.
