The team are currently installing 594 sustainable glulam timber beams, forming the roof’s striking lattice design, arguably one of the project’s most recognisable features. Three years in the making, we’d especially like to thank the global and local expertise of our dedicated project team and glulam delivery partners Rubner Timber Engineering, Xcel Group Of Companies and Theca.
Their collaborative effort has been instrumental in the planning and execution, from procurement and arranging specialised land and sea transport for the timber from the Italian Dolomites, to completing the complex installation over the last few months.
