On episode 2 of my Philippine Loop on the Kawasaki KLR650, we begin by riding from Atok, Benguet, to Vigan, Ilocos Sur, via Quirino. It's a grand route that crosses up and down the great spine of the Central Cordilleras of the Philippines. Then, we ride the fast coastal highway from there to Pagudpud, the picturesque seaside hideaway at Luzon's northwestern frontier.
