From 17th to 19th November, thirty experts from fourteen countries debated the conditions that can favour processes of political change and democratisation in the light of lessons learnt from international experiences in recent history.
This was the main objective of the seminar "Arab Transitions in Comparative Perspective", held in Barcelona and organised by the IEMed and the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies.
