WEBINAR DESCRIPTION:
Environmental hazards are implicated in one third of all falls. Growing evidence highlights critical features of the built environment that increase the risk of falls. This webinar will focus on detecting, reducing, and removing fall risk hazards in the built environment. Evidence-based advocacy, educational, and behavioural approaches to reduce environmental hazards will be discussed.
This is part 3/3 of Loop's 'Move, improve, remove' webinar series for Fall Prevention Month.
