NCC exhibition on Tathva 2022 - 9(K) Naval Unit NCC Kozhikode

Описание: As a part of South India's largest technical fest, Tathva'22, the NCC Cadets of 9(K) Naval Unit NITC have conducted the 'NCC Expo'. On the 22nd and 23rd of October, the football ground of the National Institute of Technology Calicut was filled with visitors. As part of the exhibition, many organisations, including Kerala Water Authority, created awareness about water testing, and technical clubs of NIT Calicut, such as the AI club, Team Unwired, displayed their innovations.
The unit presented different types of seamanship equipment used onboard Naval Ships in the Indian Navy, such as anchors, parts of chains, semaphore flags, different types of fire extinguishers, and essential communication kits. The rescue boat, Gemini, was the one that caught the attention of most of the students. Many people were keen to glimpse ship models of INS Vikramaditya, INS Ranveer, and the sailing boat. The.22 MK lV BA,.22 sporting, SLR, and German Rifle all had a place in the exhibition. The cadets made the four men's tent, which also increased the curiosity among the visitors. In addition to the Navy, squadrons from Solur and Thanjavur Air Force Station and 122 TA Madras Regiment were also part of the exhibition. While the Air Force displayed the rocket pod B8V20-A, Carts-23mm API-Tracer, Bomb 25LBS practice No.1 MK-3, LUP 322 V/UHF RT set, LHP 219 HF RT set, Igla missile, and the 122TA Madras Regiment displayed the 9mm Pistol, 81mm Mortar, 51mm Mortar, 7.62mm MMG, and 7.62mm LMG. The defence expo has created inspiration and wonder in lots of young minds.
