This is a prototype instrument as it is my first try of AISI 441 for handsunk pan. I had no luck to find this material in my country so I have asked Marek Lenart from Mishte who kindly gave me a few sheet metals of 441. I also have tried a bit different approach with outlining the tonefields borders, making them much more defined than I usually do. The result is very stable instrument with interesting timbre which is kind of straight with a dry-ish attack, yet it is warm with long sustain. Shoulder tones are also pretty good sounding, overal am very happy with the first result :). Bottom is a reworked shell from one ambitious Bb La Sirena, so it has not all tonefields that I would put there when making both shells just for this project, but this time it helped to reuse already existing bottom..
