1. Wear your white uniform even if you are taking class at home.
2. When Master Chan gives you directions for kicking, punching, or any techniques please pause the video to practice, give yourself enough time and play back for the next step.
3. Class will be around 30 minutes . After class please find your belt technique videos from the YouTube link or Facebook page and practice two testing techniques each day. (ex.1st day form, block /2nd day kick,one step spar). Technique Videos Will Start To Be Uploaded Tonight! (03/24/20).
4. Take class at least twice a week. We will upload more lessons each week!!!
