El Tecolote es una comunidad rural situada en el desierto de San Luis Potosí, México. Cada año, citadinos de otros lugares acuden a esta región; en conjunto con los habitantes se encomiendan a San Isidro Labrador, pues si el Santo Patrono lo permite, habrá lluvias que beneficiarán la cosecha de los lugareños y permitirá la abundancia del peyote, que es la búsqueda de los foráneos.
El Tecolote is a rural community located amidst the desert in San Luis Potosí state, Mexico. Every year, visitors from Mexico and around the world come to this place. Along with them, the inhabitants entrust to Saint Isidore the Farmer because, if he allows it, the rain will come to the community to favor the crops and will permit the abundance of peyote, which is what the foreigners search in this place.
