A wave of grief has swept through Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district after renowned bodybuilder and gym owner Sukhveer Singh passed away following a powerlifting competition in Ludhiana. The 28-year-old, who operated the popular “Bull Gym” on Mehndipur Road in Balachaur, suffered a fatal heart attack shortly after completing his event. Sukhveer had participated in a powerlifting competition on Sunday, where he delivered an outstanding performance by lifting 272 kg in bench press and 282 kg in deadlift, securing first position in his category. However, moments after the competition, he reportedly felt severe chest pain while sitting in his car and lost consciousness.
