This video is a do it yourself (DIY)project, on how to convert a cheep flashlight (from Harbor Freight), from using three AAA cells in battery, to using a single 18650 cell.
Note: in the video i forgot to mention the size of the pipe, it needs to have an inner diameter of 1 inch or 2.5 cm

Empty Pop Can
Glue

Sandpaper

Box Cutter or Knife
