In this video you can ride along on Autostrada A5 E25 from Turin to Aosta valley in Italy's Piemonte region. This is a very mountainous region as the Aosta valley leads up to the Mont Blanc, Western Europe's highest peak.
Turin is an industrial city in the North of Italy forming some sort of tandem with Milano, which is more to the East. In a previous video I featured the A55 beltway around Turin.
Aosta is a well-known winter sports destination in the Alps. You can take a cable car to near the Mont Blanc from Aosta as well. A bit further down the road is the Mont Blanc tunnel, connecting Italy with France.
