In this video I discuss commercial health insurance in the USA and how it works. I share a story about a multi-level appeal process I went through and ultimately won. Part of living with CCI is understanding your insurance benefits to getting as much of your expenses covered as possible.
I'm 42 years old and have been diagnosed with craniocervical instability. It's been 10 years since my initial symptoms. After a decade long path to diagnosis and treatment I'm making this series of videos entitled "Living with Craniocervical Instability (CCI)".
Craniocervical Instability (CCI) is an unusual condition caused by damaged or loose ligaments in upper neck joints that make it hard for you to hold your head up, leading to muscle pain, headaches and nerve problems.
