The Workout Routine:
• 1. Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 4 sets of 12 reps (Focus on the stretch at the top).
• 2. Seated Cable Rows: 3 sets of 15 reps (Keep your core tight and squeeze the shoulder blades).
• 3. Straight-Arm Cable Pulldowns: 3 sets of 12-15 reps (Perfect for that side-profile hourglass taper).
