Bundle of applications / complaints are filed in Pakistan Citizen Portal (PM Portal) but no fruitful proceeding is carried out on each and very application. Some applications get closed and some are dropped etc. This may be because of many reasons, explained in this video. The people are facing certain problems, they might think that their problems will be resolved by police but this is not a fact. For resolution of problems, many departments are working like Police, FIA, NAB, Anti Corruption, Civil Courts and Revenue Courts. So, if you file application / complaint to wrong form, you grievance will not be redressed. Same situation happens here in PM Portal (Pakistan Citizen Portal). On receipt of complaint in PM Portal, same is forwarded to the concerned department whatever it may be.
