In this video, I discuss how to train like Garou, the Hero Hunter who wants to become a monster! He has one of the most jacked physiques in One Punch Man and all of anime - with extremely low body fat and boulder shoulders. He’s also a martial arts prodigy with accelerated development.
So, what can we learn by training like Garou? How can we get a physique similar to his?
As I’ve said in some of my recent anime training videos: I think the key is to train athletically. These are lean, ripped physiques. Therefore, we need to focus on training that emphasises athletic movements and endurance.
And what better option than incorporating martial arts training into our workouts? That can mean shadow boxing, heavy bag work, or drills. You don’t need to be a master! This is a sleapt-on option for conditioning.
Combine this with a high-intensity bodyweight circuit and you can develop that lean Garou physique AND start moving a little more like him. All is explained in the video.
