Healthrider Soft Strider treadmill, model DRTL 25061.
The walking belt has deteriorated so badly it was dangerous to walk on.
I believe I may have tightened the drive belt (belt from motor to front roller pulley) a tad to tight. I think there should be a little more deflection in the belt to protect the motor and roller bearings from premature wear. I'm going in to relax that belt a little bit.

Update 12/12/20: My fitness trainer said to lube the underside of the walking belt every 130 miles. That's going to be about every four months for us.
