Описание: I was told a couple of ways to tune the New Husqvarna 592XP saw. First was a step system in revs. From a one minute idle (upwards in 3 second blocks) then to 1/4 throttle for 3sec, 1/2 throttle for 3sec, 3/4 3sec, full for 3 seconds. then reverse procedure back down the rev range in 3sec blocks also, 3/4 3sec, 1/2 3sec, 1/4 3sec and idle. Second advice given was 'to let it idle for a minute or so and go cut with it, it will sort itself out!' Well for me neither of these worked satisfactorily, especially the later, so here is what I found worked on my new saw, may I add also there was nobody else to consult in Australia at this time, for I knew no-one with this saw including the dealers, this saw arrived after pre-online direct order very late Feb 2022, and was in wood on the first of March 2022, near five to six months before any had supplies on the shelf. Its being tuned here again at a higher and much colder altitude than on the coast where I live. You must first (1) let the saw idle for three minutes, then (2) rip with the saw to allow the autotune to adjust, cross cutting does not work acceptably, the throttle remains at full/wide open and handle pressure the same even if means the saw digs deeper into the timber, keep them both, the throttle and pressure the same. The sound change is noticeably more obvious being at a distance, rather than directly above and operating it, but any operator I feel will hear its change, if in doubt record it form a little way off just for personal verification. The 592xp will tune and clear and then be found to hit the limiter. Listen, READ the Captions in the video. This saw in my opinion is the best stock saw I've ever picked up and is an ergonomic delight to use in all aspects, falling, ripping, boring as in plunge cutting or in the case of danger trees being used high. It's very very easy to start, has far less fuel consumption compared to my 660mag, no arguing or fight in any form is returned through these handles. It's a keen machine with a bark. Oh' to be fit again as in the past over thirty years running big bore saws in various applications on the ground and off. Genuine fallers kit parts added- full wrap, westcoast style side cover and larger dogs fitted at one day old, the stock side cover I feel clears better though has captive nuts (I prefer standard) I'd run it but it doesn't fit the larger dogs. I had heat blueing and oil issues with the Xtough bar, noticed in one tank of fuel, I removed it, added the 562's twenty year old NOS Oregon, issue solved, ultimately I run Cannon Duralite's 28 & 36" bars and skip-tooth full chisel in Oregon or Carlton, and some XCut, but no point spending the extra cash if you ain't going to square file it. Looking for a 90cc saw? Given the opportunity or offer, run one and make your own decision forgetting the colour or brand. Being happy with the saw in hand is all that matters and this friends makes it safer to use, being settled in the mind is the first priority, stay sharp and you'll stay happy! Oh' and don't forget that fuel oil ratio is = 33:1 and not 50:1 Read the manual its in there for commercial Husqvarna saws at the least, one wonders does that mean less warranty repair work? Then maybe this equates also to the home owner taking videos' that's not unlike a commercial I guess!! Do all you saws a favour regardless, my older saws all run 25:1, but I've also informed 33:1 is the optimum ratio for this saw and autotune3, which just may very well equal engine longevity. Maintain and look after and enjoy your machine.
