How to get faster in sim racing?
So, hotlapping. When you go out in a practice session and you try to improve your lap times and break new personal records. But what's the easiest way to do this?
In this sim racing tutorial I'm going to show what is my practice routine within iRacing - without touching telemetry. Just analyizing the laps, corner by corner and understanding
where I can improve and if it's worth it for me to keep trying.
In the first part I'm going to analyze the racing line and in the second part I'm trying to optimize the speed that I can carry to the straights!
This video focuses on just the driving skills that can be improved in order for you to become faster and more successful on the track.
Some of these tips made me faster on track especially after reading the book Ultimate Speed Secrets written by Ross Bentley.
