My first attempt at a cooking vlog which didn’t go particularly well. I’m making Piragi, a tradition of mine passed down from my Latvian and Estonian grandparents. These are crescent shaped mini sized pastry buns filled with bacon and onion and cooked until golden brown. A traditional Latvia / Estonia bite sized snack and there delicious. 😋
I promise I will try to do better next time.
