This is the final community lot for the Pleasantview Renovation Series! There is also Woodland Park, but I changed so little on that lot I didn't even make a video for it. 250 Main Street is described as a community centre, but it is literally just a pool and some couches haha. I decided to turn this into more of a leisure centre, but even then I'm not entirely happy. It looks good from the outside, but inside there is a lot of dead space that I wasn't really sure how to fill. In the end we just add some more work out equipment and some extra playground equipment and leave it there. It looks better than the original lot, but I can see me remodeling this again in the future.
What do you think of this lot? Have you every tried remodeling this? If yes, what do you do with the awkward shaped building?
