At this point, the senior staff intervenes promptly to de-escalate the situation, apologizes sincerely, and takes responsibility for the service failure. Through calm communication and attentive service recovery, trust is gradually restored, and the customer leaves with a renewed sense of satisfaction and confidence in the restaurant’s professionalism.
