I recently took up adventure riding. I had only owned the KTM 790 Adventure R for 2mths, before that I had a Triumph Tiger 800 for about 3mth and had only ridden on the fire trails a few times near home. I had decide that I wanted to explore the Vic High Country and also wanted to fill a life long dream. I decided I ride to see Craigs Hut. Since I was just 12 when I first watched The Man From Snowy River and saw the hut, I said to myself, I'll go there one day. 43yrs later I did it, a little emotional for a minute as the movie is my all time favourite, and had watched it a million times. I then made my way to Lake Cobble along Speculation Road then Cobbler Lake track to Lake Cobbler, where I stayed my first night on the lakes edge. The next day my destination was Dargo. I rode more dirt roads like Rosies River road, The S.E.C Access track then Golden Spur to head through the town of Bright before heading up Mt Hotham turning onto Dargo High Plains Rd to Dargo. This ride I did solo, so I wasn't sure what I was up for but I did it
