With the sad passing of John 'Motty' Motson today here is a reminder of why he was the greatest Football commentator to ever have lived. He gave his voice to many FIFA video games and in my opinion, FIFA 03 and 04 are his best from a video game perspective.
FIFA 04 had one of the greatest soundtracks in the entire series with classics such as the below

In my opinion, the best FIFA game I have ever played and still play to this very day. (Infact, this and 03 are the ONLY FIFA games I still play)
