Ingredients:
500 ml heavy cream
3 tbsp coco powder
100 gr chocolate chip
550 ml full cream milk
100 gr sugar
1/4 tsp salt
5 large egg olks
1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp vanilla

How to Make:
1. Pour the heavy cream, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, milk, half of the sugar, vanilla, and salt into one bowl.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks and the remaining sugar until the mixture becomes lighter in color.
4. Gradually pour the hot chocolate-cream mixture into the egg mixture while stirring vigorously.
5. Return the mixture to the heat and cook over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the eggs from curdling.
6. Chill the mixture overnight.
7. Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream machine and wait until the ice cream is ready.
