Ahead of us lies El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua, three beautifully unique countries, places we could probably spend a lifetime. But … we’ve received our shipping dates to cross the Darien Gap, leaving us a limited amount of time to explore what countries remain in Central America. The land that we plan to traverse is hot, humid and full of volcanoes … kind of like a gauntlet of fire. Upon us now is go-time, so buckle up and let's roam.
