This video is a follow along video for seniors or others who want to do chair exercises. Doing chair exercises can be safer for those who have balance issues and want to improve their balance. The chair exercises in this follow along workout will work the muscles of the upper and lower body as well as help with balance and coordination. The elderly usually feel more secure doing exercise in a chair depending on their health issues but they are not the only ones that can do this kind of workout. Most of the exercises using the chair will be in the seated position but with a few standing exercises as well.
