How to polish an aluminum moose bumper

Hey guys,
Sorry it's been a couple weeks since I posted was on vacation for a little bit and came back to a LOAD of work!!! This video is a bit long but a lot of people have been asking to post a video on how I do moose bumpers. It's a long enough process cause of the size of these suckers. Typically takes me 1 1/2 - 3 hours to do one and that's 2 guys working on it. This particular bumper was pretty pitted so I high speed sanded @3000 rpm with 180, 320, 400 and 600 grits then I sanded again with a DA sander with 600 grit only. Just makes it smoother and easier to polish. Polishing step was my same 2 steps as usual 6000 rpm orange and yellow airway pad with 439t green Menzerna and finishing with flannel and 480blf blue Menzerna @1800 rpm
Then of course clean by hand with blue flash.
