A very easy and quick recipe which can be made at our home . Here i have used 2 Cheese types one is processed cheese and the other one is Mozzarella cheese ...these are stuffed cheese balls when put in mouth will melt and give you the taste of cheese. Potato Cheese Balls | Stuffed Cheese balls with tricks and tips | Party Appetizers and Snacks
Ingredients:-
4 Boiled Potatoes
2tbspn Capsicum finely chopped
2 Tbspn Finely Chopped Onions
2-4 Chopped Green Chillies(Optional)
1 Tspn black pepper powder
1 Tspn Red Chilli flakes
1/2 Tspn Oregano
1/2 Tspn Mixed Herbs
Salt as per taste
1/ 2 Cup Grated Cheese ( Any of them can work)
1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
4 Tbspn Bread Crumbs
For Slurry
2 Tbspn All Purpose Flour
2 Tbspn Cornflour
1/4 Tspn Chilli flakes
1/4 Cup Water
Salt to taste
For Stuffing
7-8 cubes of Mozzarella cheese
Oil for deep frying
Method:-

Tips:-
1) Try to Use Frozen boiled potato bor best results
2) Use Mozzarella cheese as stuffing to get that stretchy texture of Cheese.
3) Resting it in refrigerator for 1/2 Hr helps the mixture to cool and when deep fried they dont burst or split.
4) Double coating with breadcrumbs ensured crispy outer texture and avoids cheese to booze out when in oil.
5) You can also dip it in slurry and then give a single coating with breadcrumbs.
6) While frying heat up the oil well and then lower or medium the flame and then fry all the balls one by one flipping amd stirring Continuously.
7) You can store this potato cheese mixture in refrigerator for 1week and make potato cheese balls whenever you have craving ....just remember that tou dont mix the mixture with hands otherwise it will not remain good for 1 week.
