Should I or Shouldn’t I? Paying Extra for Tech by Leasing from Raylo (Legion Go S Steam OS)

Описание: The Lenovo Legion Go S is the most comfortable handheld console I've ever used, and that's coming from someone who loved the PS Vita and the Asus ROG Ally. So, paying a little extra for the device by leasing from Raylo was a worthwhile sacrifice to have it now. I understood the overall cost after considering monthly payments and the final price to keep the device. However, a soon-to-be-discontinued Windows variant is currently heavily reduced on Amazon, making the price to lease disproportionately expensive. After all, we can change the Windows variant to Steam OS with a simple install. The only difference would be the white casing, instead of the purple casing of the Steam version.

It's a conflict between the head and the heart with positive and negative sides of an internal debate. One overlying observation is that the reduced Lenovo Legion Go S Windows model may not be available for much longer, so whilst I could return the Steam version and save to buy the cheaper Windows option by the time I have the funds, it may no longer be available, so the suffering of returning and not having may end up being in vain. Of course, the used market exists, but tech tends to increase in price, and the used market may flow upward rather than downward.

Who's to say what's the best decision during unstable times? In the end, we can only make decisions we ourselves are comfortable with, and everyone won't always understand that, and I myself have internal conflict as to what to do. After all, the purple Lenovo Legion S Steam OS looks and performs great, so perhaps the answer is to keep what makes us happy, rather than waste time questioning and confusing ourselves with unnecessary hypotheticals.
