Joel's voice is the star and our chickens are the supporting cast!!!!

So we save money (and also don't waste money/food) by feeding them all the kitchen scraps.

Our trash usually will have zero food in it.

We also soak their feed (actual chicken feed) for 24 hours in a mix of water and leftover yogurt whey on the same bucket. This helps the food to start fermenting and make it even better for them. This also really helps in the winter months of not having to haul as much water all the time to water them. Keeps them hydrated.

Here is what we do......
💥 Put some feed in chicken bucket.
💥 Soak 24 hours in water and yogurt whey.
💥 Put all kitchen scraps in the bucket while feed is soaking.
💥 Feed chickens.

Simple.
