DBS Group Research has raised Singtel’s target price to S$5.71, citing upside from its data centre business (Nxera) and stabilising mobile ARPU.

Based on my personal sum-of-parts view, Singtel could be worth closer to S$100B, implying a ~33% valuation gap — roughly S$4.50 to ~S$6.00.
