Today, we have Part #1 of a epic-length case with a couple, where Dad took the child and
removed him from Mom’s care after their son told his father that he was afraid of Mom’s
boyfriend.

He was granted restraining orders against both Mom and the boyfriend, but despite the
restraining order allowing Mom to have supervised visits, Mom has not really seen the child
in the last 8 months because she refuses to allow Dad’s family to supervise.


Dad wants continued supervised visitation but Mom wants 50/50 custody, so they are going
to have a trial to establish a parenting plan. We will hear a ton of accusations thrown around
at the trial, including drama with Dad’s divorce of his current wife, DV, substance abuse,
cheating, toxic family members, and so much more.

Will the judge agree that Mom needs supervised visitation because of her boyfriend?
