Today’s move is the Full Body Twist — a dynamic, fun and highly effective full-body aerobic workout that activates every major muscle group.
In this video, I show you the move step by step, starting from basic twisting jumps to faster, coordinated full-body movements. You will learn:
✔ Step 1: Start standing straight with both feet grounded
✔ Step 2: Short jumping twist to the left (5 counts)
✔ Step 3: Short jumping twist to the right (5 counts)
✔ Step 4: Four-step cycle — Left → Center → Right → Center
✔ Step 5: Continuous left–right twisting without returning to center
✔ Step 6: Adding upper body twist in the opposite direction
✔ Step 7: Supported version holding a pole for beginners or those needing balance support
This move becomes super fun when practiced with music and can be done anywhere — even during travel or on days when you have very little time.
