Oyster Bar at Palace Station is popular food place in Las Vegas. Amanda and I decided to check the place out and brave the long line. We ended up waiting about hours - not bad considering people have waited 4 hours or longer to experience the food at this place.
Once we were seated we ordered oysters, gumbo, cajun shrimp and bouill-roast. We had many conversations with people in line during the wait and these were some of the items they recommended. The gumbo was amazing, but at the end of the night I'll have to say that the bouill-roast was my favorite!
There's a few Oyster Bars in Vegas but this particular one at Palace Station is the only one that's open 24 hours. Also, people say this is the best one!
