Описание: We love singing and signing, but we also LOVE signing stories! We sign stories in all our sessions as they are the perfect vehicle to rehearse and utilise key Early Years' vocabulary and complement the songs that we then sing as part of each class. #Makaton #SignedStory

Here's one of our favourite stories to sign by one of our favourite authors - Eric Carle. It's a great story to practice your animal signs and copy lots of movements. Why not join in and sign along with us! We have lots of body parts songs that you can pair with this story (One Finger one Thumb, Heads Shoulders Knees and Toes, Elephants have Wrinkles plus we have songs about crocodiles, monkeys, donkeys and camels too).

Remember - a video signed story can never replace the feeling of actually being read to 1:1 at home or in a group at school/nursery, so please do purchase a copy of this book to replicate our signs with your children & families. You can purchase all different types - we read a big book version but there are smaller copies and board books available too.
