To access the Boot Menu or BIOS on an ASUS computer, repeatedly press the F2 key for BIOS or the Esc key for the Boot Menu immediately after pressing the power button, before the ASUS logo disappears; for some newer models, hold Fn + F2/Esc, or use the Shift+Restart method in Windows. The Boot Menu lets you select a device (like a USB drive) to boot from, while the BIOS/UEFI lets you change system settings.
