Fishing for perch is so easy in Chicago even an bad fisher persons like my son and I can catch a cooler full of perch. We go down to famous perch spot in the south side of Chicago called Steelworker's Park (North Slip) where there's tons of people fishing. It's connected to Lake Michigan and the perch come here to perch. In the 3 hours, we probably hooked about 50 perch combined. Short instructional video on our setup along with fishing cut scenes.
