The 28th UK Sacred Harp Convention took place at the Barley Mow Village Hall, Chester-Le-Street, County Durham over the weekend 19-21 September 2025.
This video is of Charlotte, Matt and Josh leading "Ninety-third Psalm", p31 top in "The Sacred Harp".
"The Sacred Harp" (2025 edition) identifies the words as being written by Philip Doddridge in 1755 (based of course on the Bible's Ninety-third Psalm), and the arrangement as being by Lucius Chapin, 1812, with Alto part added later (1902) by W M Cooper. The song has four verses, although verse 3 is not sung here (and I didn't start recording in time to include the shapes being sung at the start).
